MSC Cruises 2020-2021 winter season deployment

MSC Cruises unveils the new (updated 22/06/20202020-2021 winter season, which will see the presence of 2 ships located in Mediterranean Sea, 4 in the Caribbean, 2 in South Africa, 4 in South America and 1 in the Emirates.


MSC Grandiosa

MSC Magnifica

MSC Grandiosa will homeport in Genoa offering the classic 7-nights cruises in the Western Mediterranean Sea.

MSC Magnifica will offer two festive cruises in December with a five-night Christmas cruise calling Genoa, Marseille, Barcelona and Civitavecchia and a ten-night New Year cruise from Genoa, Marseille, Barcelona before calling Gibraltar, Lisbon/Cascais in Portugal, Cadiz/Seville and Malaga in Spain before returning to Civitavecchia/Rome and Genoa.


MSC Magnifica 🌐

MSC Magnifica will depart from Genoa on 5 January 2021 and complete her third World Cruise back in Genoa 119 days later. Scroll slideshows to see all itinearies.

MSC Meraviglia

MSC Poesia

MSC Seaside will offer short caribbean cruises from Port Canaveral while MSC Meraviglia will offer two weekly itineraries to Eastern and Western Caribbean from Miami. MSC Armonia homeporting in Miami, will offer three-, four- or seven-night cruises to Key West, Nassau and Ocean Cay MSC Marine Reserve

MSC Poesia will serve the South Caribbean and the Antilles.

MSC Fantasia

MSC Fantasia will offer seven-night sailings with Dubai, Abu Dhabi and the exclusive beach resort of Sir Bani Yas island in The United Arab Emirates, as well as Bahrain and Doha, Qatar.


MSC Seaview

MSC Musica

MSC Seaview will offer seven-night cruises from Santos, Brazil to the Northeast of the country. MSC Musica will offer seven -night cruises from Santos calling Itajai/Santa Catarina, Brazil, Punta Del Este, Uruguay and an overnight in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

MSC Sinfonia will offer eight or nine-night cruises from Buenos Aires calling,Montevideo, Uruguay, Buzios, Rio de Janeiro Ilhabela, or Ilha Grande/Angra dos Reis, Itajai Brazil, . with the possibility of embarking in the ports of Buenos Aires and Montevideo. MSC Preziosa will operate her original planned itineraries from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil with a range of cruises from three to eight nights.

MSC Orchestra

MSC Opera



This will mark the first time that two different classes of MSC Cruises’ ships will be deployed in South Africa at the same time. From December 2020 MSC Opera will homeport in Cape Town, joining MSC Orchestra, which will be based in Durban as of November.

Noteworthy will be MSC Opera only one expedition-style cruise to the Marion Island and its Special Nature Reserves. Scroll slideshows to see some itinearies.


MSC Bellissima

MSC Bellissima will be deployed in Asia starting from Winter 2020 becoming MSC Cruises’ newest flagship for the region.

While the ship will be mostly based in Shanghai to serve the Chinese home market, she will also offer a number of sailings (here only three examples are showed) from Japan as well as some cruises reserved for international guests.
